      Some People Suck

What do you do when you’re dealing with someone who totally sucks… your energy, your joy, and your focus?

Today, let’s talk about what you can do when encountering someone who futilely tries to make their life better by making yours a little worse. Here are four thoughts to help you and, possibly, help them.

    • Amy Caldeira says:

      Great perceptive insight.

    • Kurtz Tak says:

      That is great advice!
Thank Dan… as always… great insight.

    • Mary Nucciarone says:

As always, great practical advice. I love the simplicity of your guidance and they are actions I can take to decide how to respond. THANK YOU!

    • Tim Durkin says:

Dan great video…again. Beware of energy vampires! There are problem-centric people and there are solution-centric people. They are not evenly distributed. The choice of which one we will be…is ours alone.

    • Jeff Huling says:

Very well articulated Dan! Thank you

    • Monica Ricci says:

A negative default is so much easier, which is why so many people live that way. Shifting to a default positive mindset requires first, committing to self-awareness and second, being wiling to pay attention to and interrupt your own thoughts as they happen. This process, when repeatedly practiced, creates new neuropathways in your brain and replaces your old negative default way of thinking with a positive one. Doing this also requires the ability to see yourself objectively and also to view situations from more than one vantage point, so you have a broader context from which to choose your responses. Great info as always Dan!! Hope you enjoyed your trip to DC! 🙂

Thanks, Dan! Great pointers for staying positive!
