Each week from wherever I am, I’ve been trying to send you meaningful words. Thoughts. Encouragement. And yet, I’ve become aware that these messages may have had, for some, an effect quite different than what I set out to deliver. So I just want to say, as you’ll see in this video … enough already.

Our team at HCA became fans of Dan last year at our Leadership Development Institute. His words are always on point but this one comes at a time when we are at a low point suffering the devastation of hurricane Michael. In now what is the aftermath of the storm, we especially appreciate the uplifting and positive vibe that Dan provides. As we begin a new week, a new beginning to rebuild homes, businesses and lives, we concur- enough already! LOL. Keep it coming, Dan!

Thank you for your weekly messages. I find them uplifting with the right amount of challenge. I had the opportunity to experience you in person years ago and I have followed you ever since. Your overall message on leadership and being the best you can be has been a real gift.
