Book Dan for Your Event

How to book Dan

Step 1: Contact

Contact our office to discuss your engagement and confirm Dan’s availability for the date. We’ll help you determine if your event or virtual experience is a good fit for our services. If you would like to put the date on reserve, you can do so with no financial commitment.

Step 2: Intro Call

Many clients desire to have an introductory call with Dan before making a firm commitment. We invite that opportunity for Dan to learn more about your event and objectives and suggest a plan of action.

Step 3: Confirm Dan

To secure a date on Dan’s calendar, a 50% deposit of his fee is required. Once the paperwork is in place, we will get to work coordinating details, so that your job is easy.

As we advance toward the event date, we will also coordinate Dan’s travel, the shipment of his props and equipment, and other details and requests as needed.

Step 4: Prep Meeting

About 2-3 weeks before the event, Dan would love to talk with you again, or with others on your team, in order to customize his presentation. Of course, if you wish to get started earlier, or have multiple meetings, we can accommodate. Dan will incorporate these conversations, as well as additional homework, into the final presentation.

Step 5: Event Day

When Dan arrives on site, he will check the room, conduct the A/V rehearsal with your crew, and tune in to the dynamics of your live event. He continues to synthesize real-time learning and adjust to new objectives, until he takes the stage.
