Happy Birthday, Dan! Hope you and the whole family have a great day and a fun weekend together. Thanks for the reminder that every day brings events and opportunities to grab on to and appreciate. Being aware of the mile markers in our lives reminds us of how extraordinary an ordinary day can be. Happy Independence Day to All!

Happy 50th Dan and Happy Independence Day. I am 55 and my 50’s have sort of been my second 20’s. From my mid late 20’s through my 40’s, I was totally focused on my work, spiritual, and family commitments. My last of four is now through college and I have spent the extra time with highly physically challenging activities. I am in the best shape of my life and I am enjoying lots of board sports and fully engaged with my wife, work, church, financial plan, emotional and relationship health, and civic activities. I have time for more yoga and contemplation. I am as happy as I have ever been and feeling blessed. I am dreadfully concerned about the lack of patriotism we are seeing in our country. May God Bless you and the United States!
Happy 50th Birthday Dan! You have the energy of someone half your age, and it’s not just physical. The spiritual component is definitely there as you’ve confessed faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Since I’m also turning 50 next month, this is an important reminder to consider our mile markers. Happy 4th of July to you and your family as well!
It’s heartening to learn that someone my sister & BFF holds in such high esteem “shares” my Bday! And even more special to learn that your Mom does so, too! Thank You, Dan, for your inspiration & thoughtful take on Milestones & Mile Markers. And, thank you, most especially for your long dedication and friendship with my beloved sister, Donna Chenault!
